Since March 2025, a group of students from the Master's degree course in Identity Design at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences have been developing various ideas for the foyer and the surrounding urban space, based on the spatial situation of the Kunsthaus and its program, in order to connect the interior and exterior spaces more closely and to open up the Kunsthaus as a place to spend time.

Who knows the house, what takes place, what else would be possible? In May, the students were out and about in Kaufbeuren with a wandering tower sculpture and asked passers-by about their impressions and ideas of the Kunsthaus. At the opening on June 28, designs and ideas will be presented and invite for new ideas and comments until mid-October.
